If blk women can win beauty contests in majority whyte countries then I don't see why a whyte woman shouldn't be able to win a beauty contest in a majority blk country. Well, the standard of beauty in America is white so I predict that soon in many African nations that will soon be the case. But ya, this shouldn't of happened considering she was like the only white girl in that grouping, mathematically the odds of her winning was very low, so logically you can deduce there was some sort of racial or cultural motivation for her to win, such as wanting a white representative.
