I do agree as well had she not fallen, USA would have been top 5. However, it would have been then, Ven, Col, USA, DR, and Mex. Remember, Miss USA had very high scores in bathing suit and the Gringas always top the question round. So her fall really altered the outcome of the placements.

If she shouldnt fell, she should be at top 5 instead Rusia, with that ulgy teeth, i was bet with usa, really beatiful but it was about her nervous reaction after fall, instead rachel, that is why judges gave her low scores, about her reaction, but she was the lost top five. Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and usa, all from America.
