When it comes to flawless skin, radiant confidence, and a camera-ready glow, no one does it quite like Miss USA. But what’s the secret behind the sparkle? Is it all high-end products and personal glam squads? Not quite. The reigning queen herself shared her go-to beauty secrets—and the best part? Many of them are simple, affordable, and totally doable at home.
Here’s a peek into Miss USA’s beauty playbook:
1. Skincare First, Always
Miss USA swears by a consistent skincare routine over fancy makeup tricks. Her morning starts with a gentle cleanser, a hydrating serum (hello, hyaluronic acid!), and a lightweight SPF moisturizer. At night, she never goes to bed with makeup on—no matter how tired she is.
Her tip: “Healthy skin is your best makeup. The glow has to come from within.”
She also believes in rotating products seasonally. During colder months, she opts for richer creams and adds a facial oil to lock in moisture. In summer, lightweight gels and vitamin C serums are her go-to for keeping her skin fresh and radiant.
Another non-negotiable? Exfoliation. Once or twice a week, she uses a gentle exfoliator to slough away dead skin and allow her products to penetrate deeper.
2. Hydration Is Her Best Friend
Drinking at least eight glasses of water a day isn’t just a wellness cliché—it’s one of her top beauty rules. Hydrated skin looks plumper, clearer, and more youthful.
Bonus secret: She adds a slice of lemon or cucumber to her water for a spa-like boost.
Miss USA also credits green tea and coconut water for giving her skin a natural glow. She avoids sugary sodas and energy drinks, knowing that what she puts into her body shows up on her skin.
3. Minimal Makeup, Maximum Impact
While she dazzles on stage with bold makeup, Miss USA’s everyday look is fresh and effortless. Think tinted moisturizer, brow gel, cream blush, and lip balm.
Her motto: “Let your features breathe. Enhancing is better than masking.”
Her secret weapon is a good highlighter—just a touch on the cheekbones, brow bone, and cupid’s bow gives her a lit-from-within glow. She also prefers cream-based products for a more natural finish and believes in using makeup to enhance rather than conceal. ownthatcrown.com
4. Beauty Sleep Is Real
Eight hours a night. No negotiations. Miss USA considers rest just as important as skincare. Beauty sleep allows the body to repair, reduces puffiness, and gives her that naturally refreshed glow.
She also elevates her sleep routine by using a silk pillowcase, which reduces friction and prevents hair breakage and skin creasing. A cool, dark room and a calming nighttime ritual—like reading or journaling—help her wind down for quality rest.
5. DIY Face Masks for the Win
You might be surprised to find oats, honey, and avocado in her kitchen—not just for breakfast but for glowing skin. Her favorite mask? A mix of plain yogurt, turmeric, and honey for a brightening boost.
She believes in using what nature provides. Aloe vera, green tea, and rose water are staples in her DIY beauty recipes. These natural ingredients soothe the skin, reduce inflammation, and promote a clear complexion.
Once a week, she treats herself to a spa night at home, complete with candles, soothing music, and a nourishing face mask.
6. Confidence Is the Ultimate Beauty Hack
Perhaps the biggest secret? Confidence. Miss USA says beauty isn’t just about the outside—it’s how you carry yourself.
Her words: “The most beautiful women are the ones who walk in their truth, who shine from the inside out.”
She practices positive affirmations every morning and believes in setting intentions that empower her day. Whether she’s walking on a runway or running errands, she makes self-confidence a non-negotiable part of her routine.
To boost her mindset, she journals, meditates, and surrounds herself with uplifting people who encourage her to be her best self.
Final Thoughts
While it’s tempting to chase beauty trends, Miss USA’s routine reminds us that the foundation of true beauty is simple: care for your skin, stay hydrated, get your rest, and walk with confidence. ownthatcrown.com

Wait hold on. wouldn't putting hairspray on my face make my face sticky. And isn't the reason why hairstylist let u put that plastic face mask thing over ur face when they spray the hairspray so as to not get ur face sticky . I don't understand. I fell like Tamar was thinking the same thing before she put up that ten.
No one watches pageants anymore. Especially in a time where beauty standards are changing: color, size, and even androgyny. Not only could we care less about her, but also these tips…like wtf.
