Title: Nice Dress but runs small
Review: We got this dress for my daughters history project and she normally wears a 10-12 but we got a 13-14 and it was a great fit. So make sure to size up at least one size if not more. Sleeves are super itchy but if you arent wearing it long then you should be fine. Also you will need a petticoat for it to be puffy and full like the photos.
