Review: Have used many concealers and have been disappointed time and time again! Ordered the NARS concealer from Amazon. Finally, this is the one that really works! I use it as a base, before applying my eyeshadow, apply it lightly under my eyes, layering it until I’m satisfied. You’ll love it!
