Title: Not to many harsh chemicals plant base.
Review: Glad Amazon have it usually I find at Whole food store. Now I know is at Amazon . I. Am using it for some time now I have more grays still covered with not to many harsh chemical in. That’s the best part.I liked very much. Yes I will recommended. For gray hair. Plus. Easy directions, well pkg with gloves in too. Easy to use. Good results

Title: Only use 1/4 or 1/2 if you are doing the roots only.
Review: I used this on my roots, and it came out exactly like when my stylist does it, I would suggest you only use 1/4 of it if you are only using it on roots. I used 1/2 and threw so much away. I used a scale and measured it out. I left it on for 35-40 mins and it was perfect. It did dry my hair out some, but I used the mask that was included, and it helped so much. Will definitely use this product again in the future.

Title: A bit dull but great shade. Adding highlights makes it vibrant. No coppery under sun
Review: 5W This is my favorite shade. I used to mix 4NM with 8A Ash Blonde, but I love 5W because it doesn’t have the reddish reflection under the sun (that is why I was adding a cap of the ash blonde) However, 5W it can be a bit dull, so I use the tip below to add a natural, salon-like look highlights in 20 min after coloring it.Tip for highlight: I use a hair color remover for a natural highlighted look. Make sure when applying the remover (which is bleach), you comb the hair strips well to get uniform highlights. “Think about real bleach when you pour it on clothes, if it doesn’t spread evenly on the fabric, you get uneven patches.” So, if you just apply the color remover without combing, it will look blotchy. Remember, the hair color will fade a little each time you wash your hair, so it will blend over the highlights. Don’t worry if you lighten one section too much, just wash it once, and it will look more uniform. (or if you mess it up just apply a bit of your 5W on that sort for just a few second and wash it off, it will fix it). You wont’ mess it up and you can play with just one strip to test it.

Title: Good hair dye
Review: I gave it 5 stars because I was very sensitive to other hair dyes and toners. Even expensive like Redken. I did not have a headache after that one which is amazing! Even after leaving it for 40 min. Smells a little like herbs or henna. Maybe a lot like henna. And my hair is a little dry after. So, I don’t know how it will affect my hair in a long term.I would buy it again since I don’t have headaches

Title: Great coverage; color true, better value than the salon
Review: I tried this product after finding it in a store that sold mostly natural products, I was not in my home state. I later found it on Amazon, which was great. The product directions are easy to follow. The coverage is true. It washes out easily and makes the hair soft. I have used other hair colors that were not as expensive but they washed out, faded or dulled, or the color was off. I like this so much I believe it compares to salon coloring at a fraction of the cost.

Title: Overall good!
Review: Overall I’m happy with this dye. It didn’t smell bad and it didn’t drip at all. In fact relatively little dye washed out in the rinse step. (Some more came out upon shampooing later, but not as much as I would have thought and definitely far less than other dyes).The downside, for me at least, is that it was a bit darker than I’d hoped – but when you dye at home you’re always taking that chance.
