  1. Someoone who is not paying attention to the question. Also for person who totally avoids the question or keeps saying . Will you please repeat the question to avoid answering important questions when the judges are asking a question especially when it comes to religion or morals period. it is touchy and most people panic and try to avoid the judges Question altogether.

  2. Spectrums of the interview attire itself! Do some girls dress very bland in black with black shoes and simple makeup VS maybe a girl with colorful shoes and an interesting pantsuit and done up hair and makeup? Whats a the best middle while not being too bland but still expressing yourself? Thanks Alycia!

  3. I have judged pageants in the past. One item that stands out to me is a combination of "movement" and "emotion." It's facial expression and head stability. Extremes would be a contestant who was bland, stoic, and barely blinked or nodded or one who maniacally widened her eyes and nodded/ bobbed her head. This is especially noticeable when contestants are sitting during interview. Make sure that extremes in movement and emotion don't affect you above the neck as well as your body!
