I can’t express how many times I’ve been ridiculed by girls because I prefer wedges over tippy tops and stilletos. As far as gowns though, it’s really hard for me to find a gown because as a miss contestant, I consider myself more conservative. Do you have any suggestions on how I could fix that issue?

omg heels, heels, heels!!!!! Tippy tops gotta go! I don’t mind it for gown as long as it doesn’t show, but if they show it almost always brings down the entire look. If you really need to height, invest in heels with a small platform that flatter your foot! There are so many better options than tippy tops that are much more flattering and can better match your wardrobe.

Heels!! The last national I went to, (US in Vegas), EVERY girl (except 2) had on tippy tops with EVERYTHING- even interview😬 I was so sick of tippy tops by the end, I never wanted to see them again 😵. It was such a fashion spoiler. I hope more contestants will get this from you.

YES YES YES! I sold wedding and pageant gowns for years. My biggest pet peeve is when girls would buy an expensive gown and then order dirt cheap accessories (belts, veils, capes ect.) from Wish or Amazon. It cheapens the whole look!
