I would really love to do my city pageant this year. I live in a small town and i think it would be fun. I just have absolutely no experience and this channel is like having a coach😂 its awesome
I agree with you Dani. Also in pageants, wearing a gown doesn't only show elegance and glamour in front of the judges. It also shows a story, representating the people, culture and where the delegate is from. For example, remember the famous lava gown of Catriona which a gown represents her province in Albay where the flaming red color symbolizes the lava from the Mayon Volcano in that province. The more relatable the gown is to the judges and audience, the bigger points she'll receive.

I agree about the fit of the gown. One of the things all my daughters have said to me is that they like it when I go shopping with them because when I say yes to an item they know they will wear it regularly. One gown that my daughter insisted on getting really bugged me. It had those off the shoulder sleeves/straps and they just hung there. We had an appointment with a pageant coach He took one look at her in the dress and said it needed to be taken in on those sleeves/straps. I had only seen them hanging on other girls. I hadn't realized they were supposed to be fitted. We had that done and the gown looked so much better! She won her local title and State title in that dress.
What drives me crazy are gowns that are too short, especially when a girl is wearing those clunky Chinese Laundry platform shoes. I don’t want to see those.

Don't tell me I'm the only person who noticed that you changed your video background for the last two videos then changed it back to the old one from this video.
