Review: This looks flawless when I first do my makeup…absolutely beautiful.Then hours later, it cracks under my eyes…even when I don’t apply a setting powder, under my eyes looks SO dry!!I would not say this is moisturizing.I really wanted to love this, but it just doesn’t work for me.STILL on the hunt for a good under eye concealer!
