The late Chelsi Smith was an absolute Goddess! She is undoubtedly one of the best Miss Universes ever! She shall always reign in our hearts! Death shall never be able to erase that infectious smile from her lips, and that shine from her eyes. Rest in Peace beautiful.
I really respect this woman she accomplished so much & it’s really a shame how underrated she is when it comes to miss universe winners. But let me say this she was the first black miss USA to win miss universe & still is the only!!! I think the second would’ve been crystal smith if someone did sabotage her.
