Review: I gave this deal a 3 for the liner. I doubt it’s waterproof, but it’s still pretty nice. Would prefer if it were easier to sharpen or actually came with a sharpener. The mascara was surprisingly terrible, considering the awesome brush. Goes on very spiky and clumpy. No definition or volume. Have reconciled to using this over my regular mascara. It’s better to add curl over the top of a mascara you already use. Which of course defeats the purpose. Sorry Rimmel
