Title: Pretty dress…however…
Review: So, I want to start by saying that this is a very nice dress. It’s good quality, and well made. With that being said…I ordered this dress for my daughter for prom. When we received the dress, it was the wrong color. We ordered the dark purple and received the lilac shade. I went it and started the refund process and the company reached out to me. They were very polite to work with. After some confusion and sending images of what was ordered and what was received they sent me swatch pictures of their colors to choose the correct one. However, by that time, there was no way to get it to me in time for my daughters prom so I had to find a new dress. They did refund me and again, was very pleasant to work with and helpful, although it did not work out in the end, the dress was beautiful.
