Review: Look, I promise Scarlet Darkness doesn’t pay me to love their stuff. It’s just hard not to!!!This particular dress was a little too fancy looking to wear during errands by itself, it gives a very Belle dancing with Beast vibe, however with a couple of accessories it becomes perfectly acceptable errand clothes.I will say the yellow is not as rich in person and very muted. That’s my only negative in this oneIt is soft, yet sturdy, light yet warm, flown, yet structured.The sizing is on point, and this dress is flattering on multiple figures.And can we discuss the pockets?!?Who doesn’t love pockets on a dress. But, the biggest issue with dresses with pockets is they have to be either tiny, part of a very full dress, or they just look bulky or awkward.However this company must employ witches to make their dresses.Somehow magically they are able to take a thin delicate dress, put LARGE pockets in it and they are almost invisible.Buy this dress!!! Then go to the scarlet darkness store and buy a bunch more.It’s going to be hard to find another dress of this quality for this price point.

Title: Great dress for all sizes!
Review: The dress is beautiful and the fabric is light. The shoulder material is a single layer, not a sleeve. I think it would be a great dress for someone who does not require a strapped bra. I am a 38HH so I cannot wear strapless bras or the clear strap bras. Or you can find a bra with complimentary color.

Title: Lovely! But Wrinkly
Review: Beautiful dress with accurate sizing (I am 5′ 7″, 40-29-41, and this size worked perfectly for me.) However, the material is very prone to wrinkles! This will take likely not just steaming, but some ironing on the ruffles in order to straighten everything out after a wash. Other than that inconvenience, it’s a beautiful dress that looks quite similar to the picture. The material is thin and not stretchy, but that lends to a delicate and almost angelic quality. The smocked back makes it quite easy to take on and off, and the design of the dress helps the shoulder bands actually stay off the shoulder. Very nice. Overall, I would recommend it with the knowledge that it may take some elbow grease to de-wrinkle.

Review: Absolutely love Scarlet Darkness, but this one feels a little tighter in the belly area. I feel like I have to suck it in so as not to look too slobbish. My fiancé says that’s not true but I feel more self conscious in this particular cut than any of the other SD dresses I have. It could potentially be a symptom of the light pink color I got.
