Title: Wow, this was quality & comfortable for what it was
Review: Stats: 140-145 lbs, 32 DD, size 6 pant/dress, usually medium topsPurchased size 8 corsetI highly recommend this corset, it elevated the overall look & feel to my Faire outfit. I’m inclined to purchase more by this maker. I tried another style by the same brand, also an 8, and it too fit fantastically—the only reason I returned the other style was because I was trying to be cheap and only get what I planned to wear for this one day event. I’d gladly repurchase it in the future if I find myself needing another outfit. The material was thick and seemed quality made—true to color as well. I did need my husband to help synch it up, but once it was tied adequately it had an easy side zipper option for taking it off in a pinch. I want to collect more of these now!

Title: Buy for underbust, not waist!
Review: Follow the size chart, but buy for your underbust measurement, not your actual waist. My underbust is 32, waist 28, and I think I probably needed a 10 or 12. I followed the “size recommendation” and got a 6, because that seemed to match up to my waist, and it’s not anywhere close to closing over the extended fabric tab. I measured, and the closed underbust is indeed around 28, with the waist around 25-26. I’ll have to exchange for a larger size.This is decent quality fabric- heavy, textured brocade as in the picture, with firm boning. However, I have reservations about the plastic side zipper. Even with the ribbon very loose, trying to zip or unzip it while wearing is a nightmare- the zipper doesn’t want to stay on the track. Since it would have to be zipped and then put on anyway, it would be better just to leave the zipper off and have solid fabric, in my opinion. A corset is only as strong as its weakest fastener!Overall, this is a nice looking costume piece, and will offer some waist cinching and posture control. I felt like the price point was a bit high for what it is, as the zipper might not last, but it’s not terrible. Just be sure to order the right size!

Title: Perfect for the price!
Review: This corset was beautiful! I got it to wear for the Renaissance Festival and it pulled my outfit together perfectly. The material quality is great. The straps were a little loose and would fall down occasionally even though they were tied the tightest they could be. The zipper quality was good, but I recommend not tightening the front too tight (like you would a normal corset) because the zipper can split open from too much tension…which happened to me but thankfully didn’t actually break it. Otherwise, I think this corset is perfect for its price. I would definitely recommend.

Title: Not made for small/skinny build
Review: While the quality of the corset is very nice, the smallest size offered (6) is not nearly small enough. I’m 5’2, 32B, 25 inch waist, and even cinched to the tightest the corset can be it is multiple inches too big in the shoulders, bust, and waist. Unfortunate because the fabric is very pretty (I ordered it in the color Beige Light Green Floral) and I had ordered other items to match it for a rennaissance outfit, so now I have to find a corset similar enough that will fit properly. Wish this were offered in smaller sizes; runs too big.

Title: Pretty, practical, quality
Review: The piece is gorgeous. The zipper on the side is a lifesaver. And the whole corset is so well made. The boning doesn’t dig or cut, it’s sturdy and smooth. It doesn’t feel like you’re going to pop out of it at any moment nor pop the garment itself open. It weathered several days with long hours of merriment, movement, and clumsiness. Definitely worth the price Holy cow. I can’t wait to wear this to more events ♡I did buy a size 10 (I can’t remember if this is the size 14 piece I accidentally double purchased)
