The 59th edition of the Femina Miss India was held on April 15, 2023. This year, Manipur hosted the grand finale of the event, for the first time in Northeast India’s history. Nandini Gupta, a native of Kota, took home the crown. Shreya Poonja and Strela Thounaojam Luwang became the first and second runner-ups of the pageant.
