Army (BTS’ fandom acronym) call our devoted for one reason… The music. BTS writes their own music, lyrics, melody, even production. In a time when Pop and even rap songs are fluffy or filled with nonsense, we always get the truth from BTS. They started as a hip-hop team and never swayed from the idea of being truthful in their lyrics. Outsiders may think they are just a boy band, but there’s a reason why the fandom just keeps growing and filled with men and women of all ages. I went to the Chicago concert and had 70+ grandparents on one side who were rocking it just as hard as the young adults on the other side of me. Unless you are army, you won’t understand the symbiotic relationship between artist and fan because this is unlike anything other artist have ever done.
