Title: Super satisfied with the purchase.
Review: I am definitely happy with the purchase! My daughter wanted to be a princess on her birthday and therefore said that mommy should be the queen. And let me tell you this tiara delivers THE feeling for sure! It’s gorgeous!Of course this crown is kinda heavy and after wearing it for the whole day my scalp did hurt, but it’s solid metal and that was pretty much expected. Securing it on my head felt a tad painful too, but once you figure out your own way it feels okay. Honestly I think this process wouldn’t be as long and as painful if I had someone else’s help.Gems stay pretty well. It looks colorful and cute. I was preparing myself for worse, but it truly is beautiful. Size wise: you can look at these pictures and see how it fit me (28yo and my then 5yo daughter).Application wise: it has bobby pins and 4 hoops to secure it but those work only if your hair is put in some sort of hairdo (otherwise bobby pins slide down with time). I just put bobby pins over bobby pins in a cross (see the last picture for example) and it helped tremendously – though it did hurt because i scratched my head like 3 times (BUT again – if someone would be helping me from the “outside” it probably would cut a great deal of these troubles). It looks amazing and surely feels more expensive then it is. Totally worth the money. My head hurt after I wore it for a total of 11 hours straight but I still didn’t want to take it off – that’s how nice it made me feel :)))

Title: Excellent crown!
Review: High quality. It has weight, doesnâÂÂt feel or look cheap. Granted itâÂÂs not real jewels but exceeded our expectations at that price point. Our quinceaĂÂąera loved it so much!

Title: Gorgeous Crown (needs minor mods)
Review: This crown is absolutely gorgeous. It does need some tweaks to be usable, but it’s so beautiful at such a reasonable price that I can’t deduct any stars. I don’t even think my photos captured just how lovely this crown is in-person, and how it sparkles.1. I can’t get the crown to stay in place by using the included bobby-pins (or even larger ones I already had). I put the bobby-pin through a loop in the crown’s base, and then pin it to my hair, and the bobby-pin slides all over the place and doesn’t hold the crown in place. It’s very awkward to put the bobby-pins on by myself, and they don’t work anyway. (See below for my solution.)2. The metal loops in the base, as well as the crown itself, poke into my scalp a little bit. It’s only mildly uncomfortable at first, but I plan to wear this all day during the Renaissance Festival season, and it wouldn’t take long to become uncomfortable. (See below for my solution.)3. One of the rhinestones came out very early. Luckily I found it on my counter, and super-glued it back in. I’m going to have to be very careful with this crown – I can’t just throw it into a duffle bag with the rest of my costume. I put a bunch of tissue paper in a box for the crown, to protect it during travel.4. The crown is close to perfectly round when it arrives, but that’s NOT the shape of my head. I had to squeeze the crown a bit to make it more oval-shaped, so it sits on my head properly. Luckily this wasn’t a problem, the metal bent appropriately and didn’t break, nothing chipped, etc.Solution for #1 & 2:I bought 3mm satin cord (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DMY3JE). There are four colors of cord in that pack, one of which matches the “gold” of the crown exactly. I threaded that cord through the front loop on the crown, and looped it through a couple of times. I then split it in each direction and looped the cord through the two side loops a couple of times. Then I brought the two cords together at the back and put them through the back loop. (See photos in this review.) Wrapping the cord around each of the loops pads them so they don’t poke into your scalp. Some parts of the crown (the decorative part that people see) may still poke you though, so you may need to get more creative with the cord.Once the cord goes through all four loops, I put my hair in a bun using an elastic/beaded comb. You could also use a scrunchie or whatever you normally use to put your hair up, as long as it’s very secure. Then I use the two ends of the cord to tie around my hair bun, so the back end of the crown can’t move much. There can be a little wiggle-room, but it shouldn’t fall significantly when you move your head. Finally, I took two small “jaw” style hair clips and put them as close to the inside of the crown as I could, grabbing hair at the front-left and front-right positions. This helps keep the crown from sliding backwards, or to either side. You can’t toss your head around like a head-banger, but I was able to walk around the house and do normal activities for a couple of hours without discomfort, and it was still held firmly in place. The satin cord matches the crown, and the clips (somewhat) match my hair, so it’s not super distracting or obvious what I did.Of course, it would be nice if I could just plop the thing down on my head and be done with it. Unfortunately, there’s just no way that’s going to happen. And as I said before, this crown is STUNNING in person, so I can’t deduct any stars for being “inconvenient”. Especially for under $25.Necklace pictured (last photo): https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00HH3E5MM

Title: So Beautiful!
Review: Very sturdy metal crown! The rhinestones compliment the entire piece wonderfully! It won’t stay on your head without bobby pins. They include 4 in the box. I got the multi colored one!

Title: Gorgeous Gift to Self <3
Review: First off, the price is incredible for what you get. ItâÂÂs super pretty and has a decent weight to it. The packaging wasnâÂÂt adequate protection though in my case at least. Two of the glass gems had popped out in transit, but it took me like two minutes to fix with some superglue. The crown was literally just in a clear plastic bag in the product box, with the only protection being from the Amazon bagâÂÂs built-in bubble wrap. IâÂÂm lucky nobody sat on it!The crown is very sturdy for the price, but if I wanted to bend it I could pretty easily. ItâÂÂs obviously real metal, just not anything meant to withstand force. The weight would probably be too much for a very young child, but I think itâÂÂd be fine for anyone 8 and up. ItâÂÂs a really pretty piece and the colors are lovely. Apart from the primary square cyan and pink gems alternating, the arrangement of gem colors in the crown seems random. The loops where the included bobby pins are meant to secure the crown to my hair kept it from sitting flush to my head (and were useless to me with my short hair anyway), so I used pliers to bend them out of the way. This worked with 3 of the 4 loops, but the fourth one just snapped off where it was welded to the rest of the crown. So, just be careful if you decide to move the bobby pin loops on yours. It doesnâÂÂt feel super secure on my head, but I donâÂÂt have enough hair for the bobby pins and I just plan to wear it at home for my own amusement so itâÂÂs fine. It also digs in a bit where it sits on my head, but again thatâÂÂs likely due to my short hair.If youâÂÂre on the fence about getting this, IâÂÂd go for it it you have the cash to spare. ItâÂÂs super cute whether you choose to wear it, have it as decoration somewhere, or both. The only things I was disappointed with were the lack of protective packaging inside the box (which I blame for the two loose gems on mine) and the weak welds securing the loops for bobby pins to the rest of the crown. That said, with the price being just over $20, IâÂÂm honestly really thrilled what I got.

Review: This is a really pretty piece, and I was expecting it to look cheap because it’s fairly inexpensive.I think it’s lovely, and a really pretty piece that I would probably display if I had a place to show it off. It came with extra beads and matching gold coloured bobby pins, that allow you to easily anchor it securely. Halloween was cancelled here, so I haven’t got to wear it out yet….but I felt very Queen like, just wearing it around home. It’s a fun indulgence for myself.
