In this round, I must say that South Africa's answer was incredible. Technically she answered with passion for all women. However India's answer was common nevertheless she answered it with confidence that's why she won.

Well Miss India did say they are more important things world wide which is quite true …. I think the question is hinting on the social media impact on young women. If that is true then Miss India and Miss Paraguay answered it correctly

Though I'm from India,, I find Miss South Africa's answer the best. Her answer is very well crafted and specific to the question; short and meaningful. She deserves the title Miss Universe 2021.
Miss India's answer is not unique as others are saying. On the contrary, her point is very flat, common and basic. Even the first line is wrong: " Well I believe the biggest pressure the youth of today is facing is to believe in themselves." (read the line again and find the error)
Now let's look at Miss South Africa's first line: "I would implore young women today to choose courage of a comfort every opportunity they get." – very strong and deep in meaning. She's intelligent.
Besides, India used "the youth of today" while the question is about the pressure "young women" are facing.
India gave the best answer, then South Africa and then Paraguay
