I don't like the way Gretchen (1989) placed the crown on Carole's (1990) head. As if "I'll just do this just or its goddamn sake".

The Pageants from the late70’s thru to 2000 were really wonderful but they had started to slip a bit as the 2000s moved forward. But I watch and stream them too look back at them as I’ve watched them all from Miss America to Miss USA , Miss Universe & Miss Teen USA and love them all since 1977!!! When I was 12 years old!!
I hate how they announce "1st runner up," like, just say who wins because we're capable of figuring out who the 1st runner up is
What happened to Miss U.S.A. 1982 Terry Utley? She is my favorite Miss U.S.A.! She should be on here! I thought she was very pretty! She showed everyone that girls with short hair can win pageants!

The most iconic reaction of a winner, 1982, Terry Utley, representing Arkansas was absolutely ignored by whoever made this collection of winners. Horrible mistake.
Miss Arkansas – USA 1982 to me is the most memorable. Terri Utley. It was great to see Deshauna Barber in there, what a woman she is. You should look up her speech that she gave at a graduation

It would be so nice to watch these editions in full, in their best possible quality and resolution. Why do we always get these random video compilations from Miss USA and Miss Universe? Miss USA is lovely but it’s the Miss America pageant that I’ve always found most elegant and charming. It’s also the oldest longest running of all the American pageant s having crowned 96 young ladies since 1921. Miss USA & Miss Universe since 1952. And Miss Teen USA since 1983.
