If Chantel really wanted to save this marriage, why not seek out a marriage counselor and why is it when Pedro asks for space, she couldn't respect his wish. As for the money Pedro has a real estate license and TCL pays them well. Chantel was wrong because Pedro never went to her job to air their dirty laundry and I think Chantel has multiple personalities.
Without Pedro TLC will cancel the Family Chantel because they're boring and I've seen better families on TV and they're not it.

I think Pedro had a plan from the beginning. He found the perfect victim. She was beautiful and smart so it made it a lot easier for him to hang in there for as long as he did until he accomplished his goal. I don't believe he was ever in love with her. He's cold and calculated just like his mother
Also, Pedro had a one night stand with the girl he was dancing with on his alone trip to the DM. Chantel confronted her and his Sister, then threw a drink on the girl. Pedro's Sister spilled the beans about that when Chantel arrived in the DM later…..
Chantel will have to support Pedro for 10 years, as his sponsor per the K1 Visa agreement.
Pedro planned his exit after his Sister visited and got mad about sleeping on the couch and when Chantel refused to sign for them to come to the US.
He didn't respect her or their marriage. I am wonder when Chantel was at work, who left that sparkle cup? Did he bring some lady in their home? He did say, he didn't want kids until 5 years of marriage, maybe because he knew he wasn't going to be around.
Please, please, please! Would you guys be able to live with a whiner like Chantel? She was raised by Karen who thinks her kids shit doesn't stink. Lydia and Nicole are in the D.R., but Pedro had to deal with Karen continuously. Even River became friends and grew to enjoy his time with Pedro. Two very different people got married and in time their differences pulled them apart. I think Pedro was always a "real person", yet Chantel and her family were always putting on acts, with all the makeup and weird outfits (Karen). My money is on Pedro, River and Winter as the most interesting in the series. All the rest we can do without.

Pedro already consulted a divorce lawyer so he has no intention of reconciling the marriage. He never loved Chantel, he played her, got his Green Card & is now ready to walk away. She deserves better than a man who can barely tolerate her.
I agreed with you Auntie! I don’t see where Pedro love Chantel or was even in love with her, they might have been attracted to each other but he seem to have achieved his main objective “Green Card.” I honestly don’t see a major problem that warrants a divorce. He hasn’t even tried to make the relationship work. I believe rather than Chantel flying overseas to the DR to see if Pedro’s mom Ms Lydia could fix their issues they should’ve been consulting a relationship coach, someone who wouldn’t be biased towards her. I hope she will be able to move forward with her life & find true love with a wonderful man who will treat her like a princess.

Wasn’t this family in therapy for awhile? Or 2 visits? Each and everyone of them should be in therapy. Watching them work through their own issues and grow would be interesting. Why Nicole has so much meanness in her heart?
Watching Chantel go through this is heart wrenching. The desperation. I remember going through a break up, learning I have no control over some ones feelings.
Pedro is feeling himself now. I agree Auntie. Pedro is done. His body language says it all. I wish the best for Chantel. She’s a beautiful successful woman. Time is the only healer for a broken heart.

She needs to slow down on the dating and focus on her weight loss and her inner self Especially her self-esteem
Exactly my thought, that Chantel doesn't want to be wrong. Unfortunately, everybody, the dogs and the cats, knew you were wrong all along Chantel. Free yourself, and never look back. A divorce from Pedro is a gift.
