my interpretation.
"I think all the basic laws in life are already in placed. So the best way is to follow these laws in our daily lives. It is like surfing, you just do not surf right away, you have to follow the wave and go with it. So please do follow as much as many laws as possible. Thank you Vegas!"

She literally took the crown off her head at that moment. Had she answered in her native Spanish she would have won. Despite giving such a horrible answer the judges still placed her second runner up.
She has good starting but later she failed to deliver her answer in english but 2nd runner up is a good finish considering her answer.
