You forgot to mention that very long period the Philippines never enter the finals. Pageant experts in the Phil's, don't even acknowledged their superiority in pageants. They even sent girls to Colombia to train, which resulted to a 1st Runner up and for decades Colombians make their gowns, including their national costume. We love all those Philippine girls. Except some, who are too Foreign and ridiculously ordinary.

Venezuela was once known as the pageant beauty factory but it would appear Philippines has taken over that moniker.
