Title: Elaborate Tiara for Princess Costumes
Review: This tiara is undeniably sparkly, with rhinestones in multiple sizes, twinkling in their shiny silver settings. There’s a line of rhinestones along the base, and 9 embellished rhinestone points, with the central one having the largest stones. The rhinestones are glued in, rather than prong-set, but fortunately, the silver frame does seem to be welded together for strength. The headband base has a loop at each end, so it can be pinned to your hair, but I’ve found that there’s enough tension in the band to keep it on my head without extra bobby pins. The tiara is quite heavy, though, and if I wear it longer than an hour or so, it does start to feel tiring, keeping my head up straight. For a costume, though, I don’t need to wear it all day, so the weight is not an issue.
