  1. I've been a Bethany fan for years. I signed up for LeoSculpt and I love it so far. I mix up my Bodybuilding style workouts with some LeoSculpt workouts and I feel like I'm getting great results.

  2. So I understand the leosculpt program is designed to build a feminine physique, like a miss USA contestant but although I love Bethany’s transformation I personally think her triceps look too thick and don’t give her arms that streamlined/feminine look. I want to sign for the program but what can I do to not grow my triceps that much?

  3. I signed up for leo sculpt. I’m coming from a weightlifting background. It’s how lost the weight the first time around, but I didn’t like how bulky I was looking. Went through some life challenges and regained the weight. However, this time I want to switch it up and have a more feminine physique. Plus I remember being in the gym one time deadlifting 185lbs and I just felt like this is too much on my body.

  4. If you posted a full workout of strength training that make you lose weight that would be amazing for people from countries that’s can’t afford to sign to the program please
