Review: EWG gives it a low hazard rating. That alone is a good reason to buy this particular mascara. I luv the intense/rich pigment & long-lasting full-on volume. I especially luv that it’s flake-free & smudge-free. Then, why 4 stars & not 5?!?! Because the wand is very awkward/difficult to work with. (MADE IN CANADA)
