Makati
Bohol
Misamis oriental
Albay
Cebu City or Pasay
Mejo hindi ko kasi bet yung sagot ni Pasay during the top 10 but lahat sila magaling

In fairness, ang layo ng quality ng Q&A ngayon versus BBP in the 90s. Haha
I guess the first 5 girls called is the official ranking. It so happened that during the top 10 interviews Baguio scored the lowest and then was replaced by Bohol who garnered the highest score in that round. Albay called 9th place and her score in top10 interview wasn't enough to get a spot in final 5.

I feel for Cebu Province and Baguio they could have been in Top 5 truly Filipina beauty. Next year for those who are not biracial they really need to step up their gameplan and preparation. Kasi nasasapawan na talaga ang mga truly pinay. Though I must say those Top 5 are deserving to be on the spot. I love Miss Albay too sana sumali sya uli sa Miss World or Bb. Pilipinas.
