25 transgender beauty queens battled it out on stage in the 9th Miss International Queen contest in Thailand on Friday The participants are nationals of 16 countries including the United States, Brazil, Japan and South Korea. In the end, 18-year old Marcelo Ohio from Brazil took the top prize and was crowned Miss International Queen 2013. Ohio will receive $10,000, a one-year residency at a hotel resort in Pattaya, and she will serve as a goodwill ambassador to promote equal rights for the transgender community. I see what you're saying but it's not a perfect analogy because a murderer has to be held responsible for their crime whereas a man, if they identify with being a woman, has no moral obligation to act masculine. It is of course an understandably weird notion to call a male by a female pronoun, but I believe it is important to exercise compassion. If someone asks me to identify them as either 'him' or 'her', I will do that if they feel more comfortable that way.
Sorry it's frustrating to see the blind hatred towards these people. Anyway its good to hear you've changed your views. Gender dysphoria is where there is a mismatch between how you're biologically born and the gender you end up associating with. Imagine that your mindset is of a female, but you are trapped in a male body. You can't help but feel feminine but society ridicules you if you simply act the way you feel is natural to you. It is not a choice for these people and must be difficult.
It is debated, but in my opinion both environmental factors and the way you are born have an effect on gender dysphoria as well as homosexuality. Either way, these people for the most part have no choice in how they turn out. They are who they are.
How about you read a little literature before making ignorant comments?

Wow, this video clearly states that it is a transgender beauty contest, so why do all you jerks of society click on it when you can clearly see the title? Are you all blind? Or we're you guys interested in the pretty women?

The funny thing is in all this is everyone here is so beautiful ,it would be hard for for a guy to tell the difference between these transgendered and real women and that's what scares them .I think they are frightened that they may be attracted to them without knowing they are really not women . How sad just let them be they hurt no-one and they do look beautiful .

The title of the video states 'transgender' implying that the contestants are post-op',although maybe some are pre-op'.My understanding that 'ladyboys' are happy to remain male,'cocks in frocks'.
