What is wrong with you, the president is required to follow and uphold our laws and the President is not doing that. You have lost me as a follower. The people of Texas are suffering because the democrats have decided to not follow or enforce our laws.
To my mind this video does not answer a lot of obvious questions. What is the test for deciding whether to grant a preliminary injunction? Can the federal government apply for summary judgment, and if it can, why has it not done so? If the federal government is failing in its duties, what remedies do the states have? Are there any circumstances in which they can resort to self-help, and if so, are those circumstances ripe for review by the courts?
General Lee lost the war, and Governor Abbott is no general.
I just know some law , but it is obviously unconstitutional for the governor of Texas to say the the state of Texas is going to be the one to patrol the border and not the federal authorities. No matter how smart and how strong , governor Abbot is , he has no argument to support this position, under the Constitution or any federal constitution of any country in the world I would think .
The GQP lost all authoriity to call themselves the party of "Law & Order" a long long time ago. It's become the most powerful group of organized criminals in the nation.
Can Abbott be charged with murder for doing this a causing these deaths? He is responsible for their deaths and is not following a ruling on this which is breaking the law.

First off The Governor didn’t murder anyone , people are coming or attempting to come in illegally, Biden did away with all the safeguards of coming in Legally , If Biden administration doesn’t secure the boarder , there is no telling how long you will enjoy your way of living as you know it , because everything illegals are getting are coming by way of this current Government but ! Greg Abbott appears to like harming children. He thinks he gets good press the more harm he does. He is an awful human being. As a resident of Texas, I’m starting to wonder if the majority of the state are just as sick as Abbott.
