Title: Goes on smooth
Review: First off let me say I love Urban Decay! I have yet to purchase a product that I did not like. I am a minimalist when it comes to makeup. I feel like less is better and this eyeliner helps achieve this. I apply a thin line on my eyelid, it goes on smooth and stays, no yucky smear or uneven look. I like a natural look and this is my go to eyeliner.

Title: One of the best eyeliners
Review: I have a collection of eyeliners that are a complete failure. Many are big name cosmetic brands I willingly paid too much for, assured they would work. When I bought my first Urban Decay item, the eyeliner pencil, I was still skeptical. But after using it for several days, I am convinced it is a great product. It does not irritate my eyes and goes on very nicely. I do have to touch it up a tiny bit in places throughout the day. On someone else, maybe that isn’t necessary. I just ordered a second pencil to keep in my purse, and my collection of eyeliners is now down to one simple brand. Try it.

Title: Perfect liner
Review: This does glide as stated. Not thick and not too thin. Perfect. I do not want to pull my eye to put on and you do not have to do this with this liner. There are so many that say they do this but they don’t. Tried one and went back to order two more. I have not had to sharpen it yet so not sure what will happen.

Title: 3 hours *update*
Review: I like to use eyeliner on my water line top and bottom. I used this eyeliner and after three hours, it had bled/run off of my lower waterline and into the corner of my eyes on both sides. I had to wipe it off of my skin. Just like the cheap Dollar General eyeliners. Except I can say that it did not bleed out as much as the cheap versions did. But it absolutely was noticeable, and I would have to clean the makeup off of my face from it. So no. It does not stay. And to be honest? Kind of pissed off I spent $30 on a freaking eyeliner thinking it might do what it says it’s going to do. I gave it three stars though because like I said it was maybe 50% better than the $3 brand i used to use.**update** this stuff is SOFT. like the tip breaks easily. smudges down gone easily. i use it on my water line only maybe every 2 days. after alittle over a month its almost halfway gone. you have to sharpen it. often. and if you sharpen just barely too far the tip falls apart or the lid completely smashed it gone when you recap it. it runs LESS then the cheap brands. but still runs. bottom water line no longer has the liner on it by third hour.

Title: Pretty color, but it smudges.
Review: Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in Vice (Purple) review – really pretty color! And I like how it has a little bit of sparkle/shimmer. It glides on easily and very smoothly. Pencil can be sharpened. My issue with it is that it smudges. I have hooded eyes that can get oily. So when I wear this eyeliner, it smudges on my eyelids and on my eye bags area. Because it smudges, not sure I can 100% say it’s long lasting. Color eventually lightens and it sometimes needs to be touched up, especially on the bottom lash lines. When I wear this liner, I have to clean it up throughout the day so that my eyes don’t look like a mess. No, I haven’t used a setting spray with it. I did not test if it’s waterproof. In summary, the color is really pretty and it goes on smoothly, but I probably will not buy again because it smudges too easily and too much for me. And it’s not the kind of smudge I like. 3 stars for average rating. I gave it stars for it’s pretty color, creamy/soft texture, and the ease of using it.

Review: I am always looking for a great eyeliner that doesn’t smudged. I finally found the best eyeliner. Kinda pricey but given that I have purchased ton of $$ just to see which one works for me. It stays long and waterproof. Also easy to apply. Definitely recommend it!
