Last week, Venus sat down with #SashFactor in an exclusive interview recalling her Miss Universe experience.
Since relinquishing her crown, Venus has tried her hand in showbiz before eventually finding her niche as a corporate events host and motivational speaker. She is currently getting ready for her post-graduate studies in London soon.

Venus has legs worthy of admiration slim and long legged. Not just a beauty in the face but down there we can see how she glide with those straight legs of her. Like a stallion na sa tagalog pa 'mula'. I like her legs even of catriona who has a face value but her legs isnt that enticing to the eyes and also showing her gums part of the mouth when she smiled. I wonder ms universe should look also the legs part.

Venus Raj was definitely a game changer for Philippine pageantry as a whole in the 2010s with her run to a fourth runner-up finish in Miss Universe 2010.
But how Venus Raj arrived in Las Vegas for Miss Universe 2010 is a story of in itself.
By 2010, Binibining Pilipinas was at a crossroads coming off an entire decade of unplaced contestants in Miss Universe.
Madame Stella Araneta and BPCI knew they have to get it right for MU 2010.
First, Venus was crowned as MUPH 2010 and then, was dethroned because of alleged inconsistencies in her birth certificate.
That would've been the last straw that broke BPCI's back because had their replacement Nicolette Henson was unplaced in MU 2010, you would've seen a lot of Filipinas turning their backs on Binibining Pilipinas forever because of their shady dealings and join rival organizations like Miss Earth Philippines.
That's when the PH Department of Foreign Affairs stepped up to the plate and unleash the Jus Sanguinis principle that forced BPCI to tap out and reinstate Venus to the MUPH 2010 title.
Look at all the success the Philippines had in pageantry in the 2010s.
None of this wouldn't happen had Venus Raj was placed in Miss Universe 2010.
