  1. Oooo extra long video this week… I usually don't sit in and watch long videos but I like watching the process and seeing you in your element so I'll sit in the extra 25 mins lol

  2. 💪🏿💪🏿My personal opinion of course, because I love pull ups, you should keep them at the end of your workout. That would be the best way to truly build up endurance is to push through the fatigue at the end and work to still get those reps.✅
    👉🏿That is a longer path to goal achievement and one you can shorten a bit by dropping some of the other reps or excercises.✅
    💡Oncentounhave a workout where you can achieve your desired pull up reps at the end, you can always add more reps or exercises back into the workout to always be pushing yourself and increase workout intensity.✅

  4. Love your content so much very educational! Also you should get a ferret! They are like a dog and cat at the same time. They spend about 14 hours sleeping a day so they are super easy when trained well.
