Title: Light Neutral Blonde 10N great color for me!
Review: I’ve used this Clairol permanent hair color twice and have been happy with it. There’s a slight smell but nothing that I found very irritating. I used it with 30v cream peroxide to give my light brown/graying hair a little extra lift. Either 20v or 30v would work, depending on how much lift you want and how much deposit. Any permanent color with a level 10 or higher won’t deposit much color but it works great to blend my graying light brown/blonde hair into a nice, natural light blonde. If you’re looking for an ashy tone, this color will not work. It’s a true neutral which looks warm as it develops but dries as a neutral blonde.

Review: Sometimes our skin is effected by medications so, I want to say that’s the reason but this happened 3 times in a row with no medication changes in 5 years. The formula was harsher, perhaps they’re using 30vol not 25 vol? Don’t know but the ammonia level was more noticeable. I changed my hair to black because of it. So far black doesn’t hurt the scalp, no flakes and no burn. I saved the last box to test proximity and check the batch. Usually I only use L’Oreal. Although their black did not bother me, it did not cover, so I changed to revlon and got great shine and coverage from their permanent color. Sorry guys. I’ve used your product since 1984.
